Nutrition

Many people have a limited knowledge about nutrition. There is a misconception that nutritious food tastes bad. The lack of ability of how to maintain a healthy diet is often associated with cultural, religious and social norms. A student’s childhood eating habits affects their food choices throughout their life time. These norms become habits that are hard to get rid of.

Additionally, there are many students who do not know how to cook food using ingredients such as fresh produce, grains and meat etc.
